Place your club Number, 5 or 6 digits, example: 61920 or 061920;
in the cell that is adjacent to the cell that is identified as “6
Digital Club number”.
Tab or place the
mouse pointer on the cell directly below and click on the
Down Arrow and select the name of your club.
Then click on the continue button. The PandA report Form
will appear
Comment: They are no requirements that any of the boxes have to
have data. So one can pick and chose what information to report.
Select the report year with the drop down menu. (2009, 2010 or
2011)
Tab to the next block which is the month.
Select the drop down menu and select the month (January through
December)
Tab to the next box "Programs". In the area type in the
information on your club programs for the month. One can keep typing and the
text will wrap and the box will expand.
Tab to the next box "Fund Raiser" Again in the area type
in the information on your fund raising efforts for the month.
Tab to the next box "Sight Services" Again in the area type
in the information on your sight services for the months
Continue to tab to the next boxes and in the areas of each
box enter the information by starting to type the information to
report.
Tab through the form and at each of the areas information
can be entered.
Now one should be at the Administration area of the form and at
the Date the International Dues were paid. Enter date. This data should be entered in the months of January and July.
Tab. Enter the amount paid. This data should be entered in the months of January and July.
Now one should be at the Date the State Dues were paid. Enter
date. This data should be entered in the months of January and July.
Tab. Enter the amount paid. This data should be entered in the months of January and July.
Tab to the Zone meeting date. Enter date of zone meeting.
Tab and in the box adjacent to the words President place the
mouse cursor over the box and left click once and a "Check mark" should
appear in the
box. This indicates that the President attended the Zone meeting.
Tab to each additional box placing a check mark in each of the
Officers
attending the Zone Meeting.
If you checked the wrong box, just click it again and the check
mark will be removed.
Click
on the correct
box to enter the correct information and the check mark will appear.
Tab to Other and if the club has other Lions attending the zone
meeting click this box.
Tab through each of the meeting information areas and click on
any box to record information that the club wants to report.
When one tabs to the USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum Date box
enter the date
Tab to the place box and enter the name of the city
Tab to the number of Lions attending and enter the number
Tab to the Officer(s) and Guests attending and enter the names
and office held.
Tab the
International Convention Areas Date box. Enter the date of the
convention.
Tab to the Place box and enter the name of the city.
Tab to the number of Lions attending and enter the number.
Tab to the officer(s) and guests attending and enter the names
and office held.
Tab to the Average attendance for the month box and enter the
percentage.
Tab to the "Other if needed" area. In the area enter any
information that you want the District Governor to be informed.
Tab to the Club Secretary email address box and enter your email
address and any other Lions email address that you want to receive a copy of the Panda Report.
Tab to the "Click once to submit your report". Place the mouse
pointer over this box and click once with the left mouse button.
This will forward the report to the District officers, and
yourself. If you enter your email address in the Club Secretary
E-Mail Address Box. If you entered any other emailed address, that email address will receive a copy of the Panda report. After entering the secretary's email address please place a comma and a space and than add other Lions email address that your want to receive a copy of the Panda Report. This will email the report to yourself and any other person. I strongly suggest you
do this for your records.
You will than receive a Thank You Notice with the following
information
on it. The month, year and name of club that submitted the report and
to whom it was emailed too. Also it will have the day, date and time
the report was submitted
When you receive a copy of the Panda report by email. You can
forward that copy to any other officers or members in your club.
Suggest that you save that report by your club
name, month and year. i.e. Alexandria Asian American0110.
It is only necessary to fill in the email address for the Secretary and any other person that you want to receive a copy of the Panda report.
